∎ At least 10 years relevant working experience in the offset printing production at a sizeable factory have a solid and practical production, quality and people management experience together with required knowledge of production compliance
∎ Good at data collection and analysis for identification and solving of various kinds of problems or issues
∎ Effective leadership, communication and execution skills to complete the assigned tasks is mandatory
∎ Good at use of MS Office software
∎ Immediate available is an advantage for prior consideration

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead and supervise the offset printing production process from job initiation to final delivery.
∎ To coordinate the daily workflow, so as to ensure the production schedules to be timely achieved and resources to be efficiently utilized as well.
∎ To monitor the production timeline and adjust workable schedules as necessary to resolve delay or unexpected issues.
∎ To work with the maintenance team to ensure machines are properly calibrated and serviced to minimize downtime and delay order delivery.
∎ To identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
∎ To manage and maintain high standards of printing quality and consistency throughout the production process.
∎ To oversee the implementation of quality control procedures to ensure printed materials to meet client specifications and company standards as required.
∎ To ensure compliance with all quality assurance and regulatory standards as required by local laws and customers guidelines.
∎ To manage and mentor a team of offset printing operators, pressmen, and production staff to achieve the production target and product quality.
∎ To analyze production costs and identify areas for potential savings or process improvements.

∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Offset Printing Production Senior Manager oversees the entire offset printing production process, ensuring the efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production of printed materials. This role is responsible for managing a team of printing operators, technicians, and support staff while ensuring that production targets are met on time and within budget. The Senior Manager will also oversee machine maintenance, material inventory, production schedules, and workflow optimization as well as any other duties to be assigned by immediate superior or Management.
