Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to review existing HR policies, procedures and propose necessary changes in line with business requirements
∎ Assist to design and implement various HR projects, and provide guidelines for aligning the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization
∎ Prepare various meeting documents, different approval notes, reports and minutes
∎ Ensure assigned recruitments are duly processed complying the policy & procedure of the company
∎ Ensure KPIs are set as per SMART principle and available in the system on time
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of Payroll management activities adhering to the policies and procedure
∎ Handle CBA, organize CBA election and coordinate the LTA/Charter of Demand negotiation process
∎ Prepare/compile HR Budget and various analytical reports for taking management decision
∎ Handle employee relations related issues such as employee welfare activities, grievance handling, etc
∎ Manage proper functioning of HRIS/ SAP
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 44 years
∎ Minimum 12 years’ experience in HR and 03 years in similar role (FMCG/ Pharma Industry preferred)
∎ Strong communication skill in English (specially in writing)
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Law
∎ Strong planning, analytical and presentation skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
Salary: Negotiable
