Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing Talent Acquisition Strategy and roadmap in support of overall business strategy.
∎ Design a robust manpower plan in a periodic manner & develop comprehensive strategic plans to meet the human capital needs of different departments.
∎ Ensure selection of right candidates with right competencies as per agreed TAT.
∎ Ensure compliance as per internal policy framework.
∎ Drive Management Trainee (MT) recruitment program and initiatives to attract potential candidates.
∎ Ensure reference check and background verification of selected candidates as per HR practices and policy.
∎ Ensure development and updating policies and SOPs in conjunction with Talent Acquisition.
∎ Ensure execution of different OD activities i.e, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement and policy and process development, as and when assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law and other relevant laws.
∎ Knowledge of best market practices.
∎ Knowledge on overall talent acquisition & organizational development strategy within an organization.
∎ Analytical and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Openness to change.
∎ Negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
