Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Master Degree in any discipline
∎ PGDPM / PGDHRM / Post Graduate Diploma in Social Compliance will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ /To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct (COC) and various Compliance issues. Conduct Assessment on HIGG FEM & FSLM on timly basis.
∎ To maintain liaison with all different buyers, audit team & third parties auditors.
∎ To solve technical problems & to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External / Third party social compliance audit.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and Buyer Code of Conduct.
∎ Able to face buyer's audit Independently.
∎ Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the relevant area.
∎ Willingness to move frequently as and where required.
∎ Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic , well organized , self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must

Salary: Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)
