Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the shop floor and assigning tasks to coworkers, such as production planning, consumption tracking, quality control, productivity tracking, lead time meetings, etc.
∎ Reporting on worker surveillance. Initiative to improve employee performance through method development, training, and key point monitoring.
∎ Production planning and execution. Follow up the plant capacity vs production issue.
∎ Raw material management and waste control plan.
∎ Adhering to budget constraints.
∎ Controlling overhead while maintaining a strict timeline for despatch.
∎ Familiarity with heat transfer manufacturing process ( process, quality,
∎ Buyer interaction.
∎ Compliance with RSL and social responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Knowledge on Ink-Mixing
∎ Beside heat transfer printing , experience on label printing will give preference.
∎ Willing to take challenges of work pressure & development deadline.
