∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The candidate will develop the Franchise Support team in order to enable them to monitor and support franchise clients and ensure that the clients are complying with Kumon method and other guidelines provided by BKL. The candidate will also assist BKL Management in making strategic decisions in development of Franchise Centers. The candidate will plan and support the team to execute all training and interventions required for Center development.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Build trusting relationship between BRAC Kumon Ltd (BKL) and Franchise Centers (FC) by successfully managing the portfolio of assigned clients.
∎ Monitor and support BKL Franchisee to maintain the integrity and practices of Kumon Method of Learning across assigned FCs as per the Franchise Agreement.
∎ Ensure that policies and procedures of BKL's business and Center Operations are maintained across assigned Franchise Centers as per the source reference (Operation Manual).
∎ Regularly maintain communication with Kumon International Education (KIE - Japan) to report the condition of Kumon Instruction and plan/execute development measures for existing FCs as per international guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with Kumon International to lead the process of New Instructor Training (NIT), Follow up Training (FUT) and Web-trainings for recruiting new FCs.
∎ Coordinate between BKL's accounts/Ops/marketing teams and BKL FCs to ensure monthly royalty collection, revenue management, timely supply of logistics and materials through the Integrated Management System (IMS).
∎ Support BKL management in formulating strategic decisions to develop business portfolio and manage key accounts.
∎ Build the capacity of Franchise Support team and BKL Company owned center staff by coaching, mentoring and facilitating external/internal trainings. .
∎ Manage the instruction and center operation of company owned centers.

∎ Excellent knowledge on MS Office and relevant software
∎ Knowledge of training and facilitation methods, tools and techniques

∎ Skills in decision making and problem-solving
∎ Should be result-oriented, flexible and creative
∎ Ability to work autonomously with highly developed problem-solving abilities.
∎ Have excellent team player skills
∎ Have skills on coaching and mentoring
