∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ BBA/ MBA/ Masters from Public or Private University in HRM/ Management.
∎ PGD in HRM will give an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Performance & Career Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Performance & Career Management, Performance appraisal
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop KPI format, policy & procedures and established KPI system for each employee.
∎ Developing plans for employees' performance management & performance appraisal process, motivation and reward.
∎ To establish & supervise an effective succession plan for all departments.
∎ Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
∎ To ensure that organizational charts/Organogram & job description of all functional departments are up to date.
∎ To perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge in KPI/KRA & performance Management
∎ Candidate shall have strong communication & coordination skills.
∎ Candidate must have strong communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Candidate shall have strong interpersonal & leadership skills.
