∎ MBA/Masters from well reputed university with good academic results
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Relevant Degrees,Associations with professional body(s),Strong global network in the Shipping or Maritime industry
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Shipping Liners or Shipping Agencies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking all mails and reply to the principals as per their requirements having due discussion with Reporting Supervisor.
∎ Assist and coordinate overall day to day operations of the Port Agency department.
∎ Coordination with Master (MLNG & SLNG) every day as per requirements.
∎ Checking mails for Crew changing at Chattogram, Mongla and Payra Port and process needful actions according to the due direction of Reporting Supervisor.
∎ Arranging IP (Import Permit).
∎ Assist in monitoring all spares in Chattogram port and Dhaka Airport.
∎ Attend the Dhaka Customs House if any ship spares stuck by Customs (if required).
∎ Assist in monitoring all Vessels Crew changes, Ships spares and other Shipping Operations related matters.
∎ Coordinate developing Crew changing activities in Payra Port.
∎ Checking invoices with accounts team prior under the guidance of Reporting Supervisor prior sending to principal.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the Management or concerned Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good proficiency in written and spoken English
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent public relations and decision making ability
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Have Leadership, Negotiation and Management skills
∎ Right balance of strategic approach/analytical skills along with creativity and innovation
Salary: Negotiable
