Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline with good academic result
∎ PREFRENCE: BBA/Bachelor's Degree and/or MBA/Master's Degree preferably in Port Management & Logistics/Port & Shipping Management/Operations & Supply Chain Management/Marketing/Management or in any other relevant subject from recognized University with good academic result.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IGM, Sea port operation, Shipping, Vessel Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Port Service, Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Email Exchange with customers as and when necessary.
∎ Maintaining the office files/Job record.
∎ To perform regular agency activities at port, customs, MMD & Shipping office.
∎ Preparing Crew change documents such as OKTB, Hotel Booking & Domestic Tickets.
∎ Monitoring crew changes activities.
∎ Follow up medical crew.
∎ Attending vessel with Boarding customs/surveyor/Rummage customs for vessel on arrival formality completion & take necessary permission from them for discharging cargo.
∎ Documentation preparation for arrival formality.
∎ Watchman booking for vessels at Outer Anchorage and Kutubdia.
∎ Obtain Permission from fire station office of CPA as per work requirements.
∎ CTM delivery at Port Jetty Berth/Outer Anchorage/Barockunda /Sonaichori.
∎ Assist accounts to prepare and raise invoice.
∎ Reporting about daily work to head of the department.
∎ Any other duties/operational jobs as per official requirements and as assigned by the Management or concerned Authority.

∎ Age at most 35 years

∎ Self-motivated and time oriented
∎ Strong multi-tasking ability
∎ Good proficiency in writing and speaking English
∎ Should have effective communication and analytical skill
∎ Candidate has to be proactive with reliable working attitude
∎ Well versed in computer operations i.e. MS Word and Excel
∎ Well conversant with Internet browsing and email correspondence
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills and ethics
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be a team player
∎ APPLICANT HAVING EXPERIENCE IN PORT AGENCY/SHIPPING AGENCY/OPERATIONS WOULD BE PREFFERRED
