Job Context:
∎ Able to handle independently full quality control & assurance part and team at 100% export oriented lingerie based fashion forward company in Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location: CEPZ-Chattogram
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, Audit, In-process inspection, In line inspection, Traffic light system, TQM, 5S, Lot pass audit, DHU, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective.
∎ Develop the quality standard and implementation rules for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Ensure full implementation of quality performance within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Determine the operational quality performance of the product as per buyers' requirement.
∎ Responsible for ensuring quality of all knit Fabric products in every steps of production i.e. printing, finishing, cutting etc.
∎ The candidate should have expertise to train the Fabric Quality Team members & should be able to guide them to get desired effective result.
∎ Maintain and improves product quality by Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and Technical support.
∎ Collaborate with other departments of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
∎ Conducts audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Output review against the sample. Follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Taking necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.
∎ Deal with the critical operation, quality points, and explain to the Quality team.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE, Technical & QA team to get the corrective actions and root causes.
∎ Sound Knowledge of all kinds of buyer Technical Audit.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Conduct any other assignment to be given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years as Manager in Quality Assurance department in a well reputed group of companies & or Brands.
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours for setting the desired quality standard in the initial stage.
∎ Need to handle all the buyers Q.C and inspection independently.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Preference will be given to the highly experienced person.
