Job Context:
∎ We are a 100% export oriented Intimate Manufacturer, looking for dynamic and highly professional persons for the post of "Cutting Manager/ Sr. Manager". The incumbent must be energetic & possess an enthusiastic personality with self-driven competency for taking challenges.
∎ Job Location: CEPZ-Chattogram
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and implementing allover cutting & Molding production activities.
∎ To responsible for manufacture, modification, selection of cutting process & procedure as per buyers quality parameters or requirements.
∎ Problems analysis, root cause identification, problem-solving and smooth operation of cutting section.
∎ Attend PP meeting of each style/order and implement cutting guideline.
∎ Manage & increase efficiency considering quality standard
∎ Properly understand buyer's cutting requirements and deliver them within TNA.
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly.
∎ Make the cutting plan as the importance of time and shipment schedule.
∎ Fix the daily production target as per discussion with Production General Manager to realize the target with quality.
∎ Liaison with the Merchandising Department, Production Head, Quality Manager and Packing Department, etc.
∎ Plan wise cutting monitoring.
∎ Timely provide short list and send to concern department.
∎ To take action in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.
∎ Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics .
∎ Lay Inspection- Marking - and Cutting the Fabrics accordingly.
∎ Fabrics Consumption shall be within the Plan' if Cross then take approval from Superior
∎ Ensure Numbering are made actually .
∎ Bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise.
∎ Line input shall be given as per Order - Plan - Cut.
∎ To ensure discipline in the floor.
∎ Any other work assigned as and when required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience as a "Cutting Manager" for a Under Garments Factory.
∎ Good computer skills.
∎ Technical problem solving ability with analytical skills as per quality standard based of RMG production.

Salary: Negotiable
