Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Supply Chain Manager`s responsibility is to oversee and manage company`s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. Also to develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and distributors.
∎ Job Location - Chittagong EPZ
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent is responsible to rationalize yearly item wise supplier to reduce the cost.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to negotiate yearly basis price and supplier analysis, monitor supply Chain savings, update Fusion 1 and 2 programs.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to book packing materials as per line loading plan and shipment date, check budget based on cost sheet and ensure Pl and Sales Contract/ LC and confirm price for bulk ordering.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to follow up production to ensure TNA wise goods in-house, ensure on time supplier payment. (Process all billing docs), daily and weekly follow up TNA hit rate chart for whole team.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to source and negotiation of trims items analyzes quality and price with other suppliers, ensure TNA and consumption wise fabric in-house.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to make production plan and on time GMT delivery checking also initial budget and profitability checking.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to make primary documentation and internal system update for L/C opening purpose.
∎ Prepare forecasts and inventories for reports to the company's management team.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Find cost effective solutions for supply chain process.
∎ Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
∎ Lead supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Communicate Effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to Work Under Pressure

∎ Excellent command of written and spoken English and communication skills.
