• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong computer and merchandising skills.
• Fluent in English (writing, speaking, and listening).

• Knowledge of apparel manufacturing and retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure efficiently.

We are seeking candidates with experience exclusively in Buying Houses who can independently handle costing.

Location: South Banasree, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the entire process from product development to shipment.
• Conduct costing, sourcing, and procurement of trims, accessories, and fabrics before production.
• Negotiate pricing and confirm orders with buyers.
• Oversee fabric consumption, knitting, dyeing, sewing, and shipment processes.
• Obtain competitive quotations and follow up on buyer confirmations.
• Monitor sample development and production to meet buyer requirements.
• Communicate with buyers for technical clarifications.
• Review fit, pre-production, and production samples with the technical team.
• Prepare purchase orders, internal orders, and costing sheets.
• Maintain weekly progress reports and update management on exceptions.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and commercial teams for timely shipments.
• Ensure top management is updated on production activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
