Experience in Police, Ansar and BGB international tenders is preferred.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Tender Manager / Tender Manager with proven expertise in participating in international tenders representing manufacturers and foreign principals. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end tender submissions for Goods, Works, and Services across international markets and donor-funded projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification & Strategy

  • Monitor international tender portals (Government, e-GP, World Bank, ADB, UN, etc.)

  • Conduct Go/No-Go analysis

  • Analyze eligibility, financial, and technical criteria

  • Develop bid strategy aligned with company capabilities

Tender Documentation & Compliance

  • Review ITB, TDS, GCC/SCC, and technical specifications

  • Prepare compliance matrices

  • Identify risks and deviations

  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and clarifications

Technical & Financial Proposal Preparation

  • Prepare complete technical proposals

  • Compile product catalogs, drawings, method statements

  • Prepare detailed price schedules and BOQs

  • Manage foreign currency pricing and tax implications

  • Arrange bid securities and bank guarantees

Legal & Commercial Documentation

  • Prepare Power of Attorney, JV agreements (if required)

  • Ensure regulatory and trade compliance

  • Coordinate financial statements and company credentials

Bid Submission & Post-Bid Management

  • Manage electronic and physical submissions

  • Attend bid openings (where applicable)

  • Handle clarification responses

  • Monitor bid validity and security extensions

Negotiation & Contract Finalization

  • Participate in contract negotiations

  • Review payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties

  • Coordinate performance security issuance

  • Ensure compliance with international contract standards

Contract Execution Support

  • Coordinate shipment and logistics

  • Manage customs documentation

  • Support installation, commissioning, and warranty services

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
