Position: Government Tender Specialist / Tender & Proposal Executive
Ambala IT is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage government tenders and proposals efficiently and strategically.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
Regularly monitor the e-GP portal, ministry websites, newspapers, and other relevant platforms for government tender opportunities.
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of tenders through the official e-GP system of Bangladesh and/or physical submission as required.
Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Legal, Finance, Admin) to collect necessary documentation and ensure compliance.
Carefully review tender notices to ensure full compliance with eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions.
Maintain an organized database of submitted tenders, results, and feedback for future reference and performance tracking.
Track tender status, attend pre-bid meetings when required, and respond to clarification queries from authorities.
Stay updated with government procurement policies, relevant laws, and system updates.
🔹 Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering, or any related field

Strong knowledge of government procurement processes
Hands-on experience with e-GP portal operations
Excellent documentation and analytical skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy
