Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – US Tax to join a specialist international tax practice working closely from Bangladesh with a UK-based leadership team. This is a permanent, long-term leadership position for someone ready to take ownership of a senior technical role and grow within an international tax environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of experience in US personal tax compliance and advisory

• Proven experience reviewing complex US individual income tax returns

• Experience managing and mentoring junior tax professionals

• Hands-on experience with international tax, expatriate taxation, foreign reporting, and high-net-worth individuals

• EA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a related field

• UK tax experience is a strong advantage, full training provided if not already held

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability

• Comfortable working across time zones in an international environment
