The Assistant Manager, Property Acquisition is responsible for expanding the company's property portfolio by building strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and corporate clients, while ensuring proper evaluation, documentation, negotiation, and smooth handover of acquired properties in line with business objectives.
What You Will Do
Identify and onboard residential apartments, buildings, and commercial properties for property management and rental operations.
Conduct site visits and evaluate properties based on location, condition, rental demand, and revenue potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and corporate clients.
Negotiate management agreements, lease terms, and commercial conditions with property owners.
Coordinate property onboarding and handover processes with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Collect and verify required property documents and ensure compliance with company requirements.
Monitor real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
Prepare acquisition proposals, reports, and presentations for management review.
Lead and supervise acquisition executives and field teams.
What You Bring
Strong knowledge of the real estate market, rental trends, and property acquisition practices.
Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and onboard residential and commercial properties.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with property owners, developers, brokers, and
corporate clients. Ability to assess property location, condition, rental demand, and revenue potential.
Good understanding of property documentation, compliance requirements, and onboarding procedures.
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
Leadership capability to supervise acquisition executives and field teams.
Target-driven mindset with strong planning, follow-up, and execution skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen.
