Job Responsibilities:
∎ Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for recruitment.
∎ Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer.
∎ Ensure top quality hiring, onboarding, and management procedures are effective for diverse groups
∎ Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)
∎ Supervise HR Executives/members
∎ Performance Evaluation followed by Standard indicators
∎ Evaluate training and development program
∎ Develop HR policies for all branches, countries, regions
∎ Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
∎ Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Both males and females are encouraged to apply.
∎ At least 5 years of job experience in the HR department of which at least 2 years in a managerial position.
∎ Must have experience in the HR department of IT companies.
∎ Must have talent acquisition skills.
∎ Must possess persuasive communication skills.
∎ Proficient in Writing & Speaking English
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 120000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
