BZM Graphics Ltd. is looking forward to appointing a Senior HR Executive to oversee and follow up on all aspects of the organization's human resources practices and processes.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring the company's HR & policies
Planning and process of recruitment of staff for the organization on demand
Conduct a new employee orientation program
Ensure the proper process of deployment, joining, and appointment-related tasks, pre- and post-employment reference checks, record keeping of all recruitment-related documents, and preservation for reporting
Maintain employee attendance & leave management on a daily basis.
Monitor all disciplinary action, grievance issues & also counsel and motivate the employees.
Roll out Talent Management, Performance Management initiatives.
Ensure effective exit interviews with a proper exit and replacement plan.
Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
