Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organization Name: IOM (International Organization for Migration)
∎ Being a focal point for managing the fleet for the field-based staffs the incumbent will be responsible to ensure all vehicles for field movements are properly managed every day.
∎ Collaborate with other units to complement each other in terms of using fleet for staff.
∎ Support and coordinate the movement of health staff in the field for various
∎ training, meeting and other activities.
∎ Collect and keep records of all the documentation in regarding to fleet management
∎ Coordinate with security unit in case any security issues like blockade at check point, accidents etc.
∎ Coordinate with central fleet management team for necessary addition or changes in vehicles.
∎ Coordinate with Health Emergency and Preparedness Unit for any support during any emergency situations in the field..
∎ Sending email to field staff to inform everyday movement schedule on time.
∎ Making sure that all vehicles are complying with the safety regulations of IOM.
∎ Lead regular meetings with the drivers for coordination, duty scheduling, conflict resolution and feedback.
∎ Coordinate with central fleet team for any kind of vehicle registration issues, fitness, repairing and renovations.
∎ Coordinate with MHD Program Assistant (Fleet) and Central fleet team for acquiring any security pass from relevant authority.
∎ Ensure all vehicles are used rationale and utmost utilization of all available vehicle by providing weekly/monthly reports to concern authority.
∎ Facilitate in drivers' leave plan, replacement plan and rota plan during any emergency or if/while required.
∎ Support medical supplies and logistic delivery to the field through organizing pick-up and truck movement
∎ Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ University degree (minimum bachelor's degree) on business management or any relevant courses.
∎ Having a training or experiences on fleet and logistics management will count as an additional point.
∎ Good in written and oral communication in English and Bangla
∎ Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Demonstrated ability in dealing with people of various backgrounds, ages, etc; respect for diversity.
∎ Capacity to work independently and under time constraints.
∎ Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds
∎ Ability to work under pressure and dedications to serve 24/7 if/when required
∎ Working experience in Cox's Bazar district and/or knowledge of the Undocumented Myanmar Nationals and Rohingya refugees will be a plus.
Salary:
∎ Salary Monthly BDT 45.000.00
