Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in production processes to improve overall productivity.
∎ Design efficient workplace layouts to ensure smooth material flow and minimize unnecessary movements.
∎ Develop production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
∎ Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
∎ Implement effective production control measures to prevent delays and bottlenecks.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
∎ Implement processes to detect and address defects or issues in the production line.
∎ Analyze production costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
∎ Determine the production capacity of the factory and plan for capacity expansion as needed.
∎ Ensure that production levels align with the factory's capacity.
∎ Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
∎ Create SOPs and implement them.
∎ Design manpower utilization planning and implement to reduce overheads.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in ensuring smooth production flow and on time delivery.
