Harnest (Garments Trims and Accessories Manufacturer), currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Quality team in the Yarn Dyeing section.The ideal candidate must have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in dyeing inspection (elastic, fabric, thread, etc.) with sound knowledge in shade matching, lab dip approval, and colorfastness testing. This role requires close coordination with Dyeing, Production, R&D, and QA departments to ensure consistent quality, minimize defects, and maintain accurate inspection records. Candidates must be proactive, quality-conscious, and capable of identifying and resolving dyeing-related issues efficiently.

Specific Job Roles

• Inspect dyed materials (elastic, fabric, thread, etc.) for color accuracy, shade matching, and uniformity.

• Check color fastness to rubbing, washing, light, and perspiration as per buyer or internal standard.

• Verify lab dip and bulk shade against approved samples and ensure batch-to-batch consistency.

• Identify any defects or irregularities (e.g., stains, shade variation, spots, uneven dyeing) during in-process and finished stages.

• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and submit daily reports to the QA/QC supervisor or manager.

• Maintain the Shade Quantity Card by attaching customer approvals and regularly updating running bulk sample details.

• Conduct swatch checking and ensure the dyed product meets customer technical and aesthetic requirements.

• Work closely with dyeing operators, production, and QA teams to carry out root cause analysis and implement corrective actions when needed.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper handling in the dyeing area.

• Ensure only approved and quality-passed dyed materials are released to the next production process (e.g., cutting, finishing, packing).

• Collaborate with related departments (e.g., Production, R&D, Planning, QA) to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management as needed, beyond the regular scope of responsibilities.

• Report immediately any major or critical quality issues to the appropriate authority for quick resolution.
