Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented WFT Analyst for our Yarn Dyeing Section. The position requires a professional who will be responsible for conducting water, fabric, and textile (WFT) quality analysis, shade matching, and process verification to ensure consistent production standards. The role will support smooth dyeing operations by analyzing chemical compositions, evaluating yarn samples, and providing accurate test results to the production team. The WFT Analyst will work closely with the dyeing, laboratory, and quality control teams to maintain compliance with buyer standards, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily water, fabric, and textile (WFT) tests to ensure proper dyeing quality and compliance with set parameters.
- Perform shade matching and color fastness tests for dyed yarn samples before bulk approval.
- Analyze chemical compositions, pH, hardness, and other water qualities critical for yarn dyeing.
- Monitor and verify dye recipes, lab dips, and bulk dyeing processes in coordination with the dyeing team.
- Maintain proper documentation of all test results and report deviations to the concerned authority.
- Assist in troubleshooting dyeing-related quality issues and provide corrective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with buyer standards, ISO requirements, and environmental guidelines.
- Support production and quality teams by providing accurate analytical reports within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure calibration, and follow safety procedures in handling chemicals.
- Continuously update knowledge of new testing methods, chemicals, and industry best practices.
