∎ Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar role in production planning within the garments trims & accessories sector.
∎ Should have the capability of efficient production planning.
∎ Strong knowledge on Inventory Management and Control (Garments Trims & Accessories).
∎ Paralel Department Coordination and effective communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective production plans based on sales orders, capacity, and lead times.
∎ Monitor daily/weekly production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal utilization of machines and manpower.
∎ Coordinate with Production, Store, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
∎ Analyze order sheets/specs and translate them into production plans.
∎ Monitor order status, track progress, and address any potential delays proactively.
∎ Maintain strong coordination with Marketing/Merchandising to understand priorities and adjust plans accordingly.
∎ Evaluate machine efficiency and labor productivity across all units (Crochet, Elastic, Jacquard, etc.).
∎ Recommend capacity enhancement strategies (shift extensions, subcontracting, or overtime) when necessary.
∎ Forecast and monitor material requirements to minimize stockouts or overstocking.
∎ Maintain accurate records of material consumption vs production.
∎ Lead the planning team and ensure alignment with daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
∎ Train and mentor junior planning staff on systems, data analysis, and coordination.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports for management.
∎ Utilize ERP/Production software for tracking, planning, and performance analysis.
∎ Harnest (Garments Trims and Accessories Manufacturer) is looking for a skilled and results oriented Manager - Planning (Garments Accessories) particularly expertise in ensuring efficient production planning and material management across all product lines for example as (Crochet, Jacquard, Twill Tape, Elastic, Knitted Elastic, Sewing Thread, Dyeing, Drawcord, Offset, etc.), aligning customer delivery schedules with optimal factory performance, resource utilization, and inventory control.
