Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in physics & Mathematics and EEE.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying the inspection, measuring and test equipment with the required accuracy and/or compatibility for specified test methods
∎ · To establish Calibration procedure if require by consulting with global team for new equipment/accessories.
∎ · To prepare and maintain updated Calibration plan for both working and Master Equipment
∎ · Ensuring timely calibration/verification and maintenance of the measuring and test equipment as per Plan.
∎ · To ensure the master list of equipment is updated by consult with Maintenance Team
∎ · To ensure the Master list of Accessories is update by consult with the Testing & Maintenance team
∎ · Organizing the External calibration of the equipment both working and Master Equipment
∎ · Evaluation of supplier for calibration services.
∎ · To update management the calibration daily, status as weekly and Monthly basis.
∎ · To work with the department head for prepare the yearly budget for the calibration of the equipment/accessories
∎ · To perform the assigned jobs advised from seniors
∎ · To maintained the document and records as per ISO 17025:2005, ISO 9001: 2008 and Division Quality Manual requirements.
∎ · To communicate with the internal and external parties for calibration related issues.-
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge on ISO 17025 and ISO 9001.
∎ Advanced English language skills
∎ Good Presentation and communication skills
∎ A proactive facilitator / excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
∎ Highly developed analytical skills gained through business management or consultancy experience
∎ Pragmatic and entrepreneurial in attitude, focused on delivering results, achieved through " team work" collaborative delivery ideally gained in a multicultural environment
∎ Knowledge in root Cause Analysis / corrective Actions (RCA/CA) & risk Assessments.
