Experience:
Identifying vendor/client requirements and work with operation to support the growth.
Analyze competition and business trends to support BD and business growth.
Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Maintain and build relationships with key clients and their vendors.
Create a strong bridge between the customer and the lab to deliver smooth service.
Responding to client communications or queries.
CRM assigned accounts service delivery must be maintained, and zero customer complaints in terms of service delivery.
Share the feedback of customers during the Management meeting.
Plan/schedule visits for respective customers/clients based on client demand.
Liaise with respective clients/vendors for product line development and service innovation.
Monthly/quarterly client engagement and performance evaluation sharing process
Client seminar organization.
Work with Global KAM and Asia KAM to sustain and grow clients.
Organized technical and client seminars based on need and demand as part of the engagement process.
Support to meet budget and sustain the base.
Share market intelligence with BD and management and drive the market share and client growth.
Develop a strong brand image with key accounts through service delivery.
