Education:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline).

∎ Key Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, Effective communication and reporting abilities,
∎ Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
∎ Should have proper knowledge about Production Areas.
∎ Capable of communicating thru mail the key points which will affect production.
∎ Strong analytical skills for material consumption and scheduling.
∎ Basic mechanical knowledge for operational support.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
∎ Knowledge of health and safety protocols in manufacturing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Material Management: Ensure accurate calculations of material consumption. Oversee disposal procedures and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
∎ Production Scheduling: Follow up on daily production schedules to ensure targets are met. Reschedule tasks if needed due to production line adjustments or downtime.
∎ Machine Operation Knowledge: Possess a foundational understanding of machine operations within the tyre building area. Support operators with troubleshooting when necessary.
∎ Workman and Safety Audits: Conduct regular audits on workman performance to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform safety audits, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Maintain strong relationships with team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
∎ Maintenance Monitoring: Supervise both scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs. Coordinate with the maintenance team to address issues promptly and prevent disruptions.
∎ Production Area Expertise: Have in-depth knowledge of all production areas to facilitate smooth workflow and optimize processes.
∎ Communication: Communicate effectively via email, particularly highlighting any critical points that may impact production.
∎ Document and escalate issues that require management attention.
∎ Tyre Building Schedule follow up, rescheduling if required by down Line as production areas.
∎ Have some basic idea about Machine operating as like drum set & measurement.
∎ To be capable of Workman auditing and safety auditing.
∎ Monitor maintenance correction & breakdown correction.
