Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM from any public or reputed university.
∎ Experience persons will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: HR and compliance, Microsoft Office Applications

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Compliance Audit, Factory HR Administration, Fire and Safety

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper knowledge about recruitment, training & Counseling, orientation program etc.
∎ Maintain personal file, Leave register, Final settlement with any other HR-related activities.
∎ Prepare Various types of Policy as per Buyer Requirements.
∎ Ensure Labor Law related practices for the factory.
∎ Prepare Audit documents.
∎ Lead, coordinate, and support all activities of social compliance audit.
∎ To coordinate when Buyer Representative or Auditor visits the factory.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene, and environment.
∎ Conduct fire fighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense authority.
∎ To ensure In-house fire training for Firefighters, Rescuers, new employees and security personnel.
∎ Maintain relations and discipline in the factory for all staff and workers.
∎ Proper Sound Knowledge about various types of Compliance Audit (BSCI, ICS, C-TPAT, WRAP, SEDEX, etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to maintain reputed buyer standard factory & relevant buyer COC.
∎ Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006, buyer compliance & code of conduct.
∎ Strong communication abilities in Bengali and English both oral and written.
∎ Computer literacy is a must specially in office package.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
