• Strong technical knowledge of fabric manufacturing, testing methods and quality systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Prior experience with sustainability platforms such as BCI, Control Union, and PLM systems will be considered an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Hands-on involvement in fabric sourcing, development, and technical evaluation across woven, denim, and knit fabrics.

• Conduct detailed fabric analysis, testing verification, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with buyer standards.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Suppliers, to ensure smooth development and execution.

• Monitor development progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions to maintain project timelines.

• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate technical findings, development insights, and strategic recommendations.

• Stay updated on market trends in fabrics and garments, and support innovative development strategies.

• Support sustainability initiatives and compliance activities, including traceability and certification requirements.
