Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
∎ M. Pharm or MSC in Chemistry is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: CHEMIST, Practical Working skill in raw material inventory activity.

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be Responsible to ensure that the GMP, GWP (Good warehousing Practice), Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guideline ans to ensure the the strict adherence of all these regulations & guidelines in all activities of the Warehouse Department.
∎ To ensure the material issue as per production plan and maintain the production schedule and controlled to flow of approved materials to meet production requirement.
∎ To ensure the proper system materials receipt and delivery of the materials according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) with the strict adherence of CGMP guidelines.
∎ Report generated by Monthly/ Half-Yearly/ Yearly inventory audit reports in accordance with various report formats ans as many be required by the management.
∎ To prepared monthly stock report regularly.
∎ Strictly maintain all kinds of documents and posting on ERP at in due time.
∎ Utilizing ERP system and to ensure the material operation properly.
∎ Be responsible for inventory control of Raw Materials , Packaging Materials.
∎ Ensure procurement plan for Raw Materials.
∎ Ensure regular monitoring of the following:
∎ * Labeling of Raw and Packaging Materials
∎ * Checking Expiry Date/ Reset date of Raw & Packaging Materials
∎ * checking of stock condition and coordinate with commercial department.
∎ * Daily monitoring of temperature & relative humidity of cold room, cool room, CRT
∎ room & other areas required.
∎ Ensure purchase requisitions & Materials.
∎ Any other assignment given by superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Have Computer & RM related software knowledge.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
