∎ Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and 3D Max.
∎ Strong understanding of color theory, texture, spatial design, and trend forecasting.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
∎ Analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving ability.
∎ Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement engaging category-wise layouts, window displays, and focal points aligned with seasonal themes, product performance, and brand guidelines.
∎ Plan and execute visual merchandising requirements for new store openings and renovations, including accessories, mannequins, and display enhancements.
∎ Collaborate on in-store communication and promotional campaigns with relevant teams.
