Experience:
PGD in HRM/Compliance and working experience with C&A, Intditex will be given preference.
Good Communication skill both in Bangla and English.
Willing to work in under pressure.
Ability to interact and build relationships work as a team having strong presentation and delivery skills to detail and accuracy.
CAP writing skill is must good knowledge in MS Office
To ensure appropriate conductance among all by introduction and effective implementation of HR Policy, Labor Law Guidelines, Factory Policy, Buyer COC, different Compliance and safety issues according to ILO, and RSC Standard.
To make different correspondences related to employees and various audit team, government, nongovernment agencies, etc.
Implement and oversee compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Ensure update standards of EMS are maintained properly in the factory.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to company policies.
To follow-up official agreements, licenses, certificates, etc. and their subsequent renewals.
Implementation of well-structured internal auditing/self-assessment system in the premises.
Prepare & ensure Corrective Action Plan (CAP) as per buyers’ requirement.
To maintain and monitor different files, deeds, documents, registers, drawings, designs, etc. with proper maintenance and record keeping system.
Have a very good experience to face both announced and unannounced audit including Better work, C&A, Inditex, Higg, Amfori BSCI, ICS, Oekotex , SVCOC, SEDEX, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, ISO-14001 etc.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including chemical handling, waste management, and pollution control.
To receive and follow the instructions passed by the top management, buyer, government and others for the Company.
To handle Trade Union / Participant Committee, Federation, notice from BGMEA & labor court.
Handle Grievance Procedure smoothly by legal and internal policy.
Follow up of different types of HR and Compliance related issues such as recruitment, salary & wages, leave, workers medication / treatment, compensation, promotion, demotion and termination, etc.
Establish and coordinate various compliance-related committees such as the safety committee, TU and anti-harassment committee.
Arrangement of different meeting, seminar, conference, workshop, appropriate management for staff and worker with a view to increase productivity through developing the team spirit among them and to discuss the workers opinion with TU meeting.
Strongly capable to coordinate in different types of training in the factory premises such as fire related (RSC Safety training, Uses of firefighting equipment, monthly fire drill), company Law and policy, PPE training, health and safety (First-Aid Training, Ergonomics Training, Risk Assessment) etc.
To develop positive and cordial relationship between management and workers.
Maintain cordial relationships with labor departments, DOE, DIEF, BGMEA and other relevant authorities.
