Experience in utility management and operations.
Good knowledge & skills in MS word, MS power point, MS-Excel & Internet.

Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee the development and administration of the maintenance and utility budget.
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other critical infrastructure.
Manage staffing levels, ensuring adequate resources for maintenance activities.
Supervise and coordinate the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
Prioritize and schedule work orders, optimizing workflow and minimizing disruptions.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance problems, ensuring timely repairs.
To monitor day to day maintenance and operational activities of diesel/gas generator, steam boiler/ thermos oil boiler (Gas, diesel & LPG fuel), air compressor, pump, ETP.
Hand work to machine maintenance, repair, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance activities of caterpillar generators, Boiler, Chiller, AC Compressor (Comp Air).
Observe, Study and prepare a draft on the issue/problem (Performance loss, breakdown, quality faults, less efficiency in any specific machine/equipment/process).
Find out the root cause and prepare alternative suggestions to solve it & ensure trouble shooting.
Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for utility operations.
Be update with RSC recommendations and implement them in the factory.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of maintenance and utility personnel.
Conduct performance evaluations, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department.
Identify and implement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance and utility operations.
Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to optimize maintenance strategies.
Perform emergency support duty as and when required by the company.
Ensure to maintenance over all social compliance audit related task.
