Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Raise GRN/ MRR at the time of receiving goods in stores.
∎ • Compare Invoice/Packing list/ Purchase Order as receiving materials and make reports toconcerned Merchandiser, GM Production and Planning Manager.
∎ • Issue materials to production floors based on Requisition against respective orders.
∎ • Remain responsible for Day to day update of stock through MR, GRN, and Material Return inExcel file & Inventory Management Module of company ERP.
∎ • Update Bin cards where required on daily basis.
∎ • Carry out Physical reconciliation of stock balance in every weekend and month end by asystematic way
∎ • Update stock report in time like Raw materials, Semi finished, Finished, Consumable, Spare parts& Stationary etc.
∎ • Organize stacking in-house goods in the designated area.
∎ • Keep all store related documents in easy and accessible identified area.
∎ • Ensure good housekeeping in respective areas.
∎ • Raise requisition for purchasing local items from local supplier at the end of each month.
∎ • Must have good knowledge on all woven fabrics and accessory items.
∎ • Must be computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, Email and ERP.
∎ • Should be minimum a graduate with 5 to 6
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary paid within 7 working days of following month
