• Bachelor`s degree in any subject from any reputed institution.

• Bachelor`s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field, with specialized knowledge in Sweater Manufacturing.

• Only Male

• At least 5 years experience as a Sr. QA in any Buying House.      

• Proven experience in quality control and garment technology, preferably in sweater industry.

• Strong understanding of sweater production processes, materials, and quality standards.

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation and adherence, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

• Proficiency in product safety standards and protocols, with the ability to integrate product safety measures into quality control processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root-cause analysis and implement effective solutions.

• Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality control.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

• Proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email and data quality data management.

• Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO, TQM, Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to provide seal samples that meet both design specifications and buyer quality standards.

• Evaluate production samples against predefined quality parameters and approve them for mass production.

• Lead pre-production meetings to ensure all stakeholders understand quality requirements and production processes.

• Conduct thorough inline and final audits to identify any deviations from quality standards and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Investigate customer complaints related to our products, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop action plans to address issues effectively.

• Utilize problem-solving techniques to identify the root causes of quality issues and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.

• Develop and implement CAP plans to address quality issues identified during audits or customer complaints, ensuring continuous improvement in product quality.

• Collaborate closely with suppliers to communicate quality requirements, address quality concerns, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

• Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including audit findings, CAP plans, and resolution status. Generate regular reports to communicate quality performance metrics to relevant stakeholders.
