Should be smart & well-conversant.
Fluency in written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Excellent MS Office and IT skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Candidates who reside in Uttara or nearby will be given advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Frequently/smooth PABX operation/maintenance knowledge.
Reception of visitors, guests, customers/suppliers or their representatives, on spot smooth communication with them, conveying messages to respective Directors and Officers/persons.
Receiving & ensuring the letters / documents and keeping records.
Maintain visitor / guest records.
Prioritize and monitor incoming-mails, phone calls etc. and follow up outstanding action.
Remind all agenda's relating to any type of trip / visits, VIP guest arrival, meeting fixation/cancellation, document preparation/submission/delivery, mail communication Est & make prompt correspondence.
Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
Report to Admin department.
Any other task assigned by Admin / Management.
