Responsibilities & Context:
1. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor standards, worker well-being, and factory health & safety requirements in the production unit.
2. Implement and enforce workplace safety practices (e.g., fire/electrical safety) and perform root-cause analysis for incidents.
3. Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and organize related training sessions.
4. Maintain comprehensive documentation for global compliance standards, including:
BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GSV, Higg FEM & FSLM, GOTS, GRS, SRCCS, European Flax, BCI, and OEKO-TEX.
5. Follow up on corrective actions and conduct floor monitoring.
