Strong communication and buyer-handling skills
Familiar with AQL, 4-point system, and buyer-specific quality protocols
Establish and implement factory-wide quality assurance systems and SOPs for all stages of production.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all QA processes.
Lead, train, and manage QA inspectors and supervisors across various departments (cutting, sewing, finishing, final audit).
Conduct regular training programs on quality standards, AQL, and buyer specific requirements.
Monitor and control quality at every stage: fabric inspection, cutting QC, sewing inline/mid/final QC, finishing, and packing.
Ensure final inspection readiness and compliance with AQL standards.
Coordinate with buyers' quality teams and third-party inspectors.
Ensure that all quality standards are met according to buyer manuals and specifications.
Handle quality-related audits and compliance checks (technical, social, or COC-related if applicable).
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and lead corrective/preventive action implementation.
Conduct quality review meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports for management review.
Track defect trends, pass/fail rates, rework statistics, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with production and IE teams to reduce defects and improve process quality.
Suggest process changes or upgrades to enhance product consistency and reduce rework/rejection.
