• Proficient in MS Excel and quality reporting tools

• Strong communication and buyer-handling skills

• Familiar with AQL, 4-point system, and buyer-specific quality protocols

• Establish and implement factory-wide quality assurance systems and SOPs for all stages of production.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all QA processes.

• Lead, train, and manage QA inspectors and supervisors across various departments (cutting, sewing, finishing, final audit).

• Conduct regular training programs on quality standards, AQL, and buyer specific requirements.

• Monitor and control quality at every stage: fabric inspection, cutting QC, sewing inline/mid/final QC, finishing, and packing.

• Ensure final inspection readiness and compliance with AQL standards.

• Coordinate with buyers' quality teams and third-party inspectors.

• Ensure that all quality standards are met according to buyer manuals and specifications.

• Handle quality-related audits and compliance checks (technical, social, or COC-related if applicable).

• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and lead corrective/preventive action implementation.

• Conduct quality review meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports for management review.

• Track defect trends, pass/fail rates, rework statistics, and provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with production and IE teams to reduce defects and improve process quality.

• Suggest process changes or upgrades to enhance product consistency and reduce rework/rejection.
