Experience:

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, EEE,

-Candidate from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, AUST IUB, AIEB, NSU and BRAC will be preferred.

• 1)     Creative comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all equipment, machinery, (e.g. - Washing machines, dryers, boilers, generators, air compressors, ETP & ZLD) and facilities to ensure zero or minimal downtime.

• 2)     Perform daily maintenance and operational activities for diesel/ gas generators, 33/11 KV substations, steam boilers /thermos oil boilers (GAS, Diesel & LPG fuel) , air compressors, pumps and MV/LT line switchgear (operation) as per company standards.

• 3)     Handle machine maintenance, repair, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and troubleshooting activities for generators, boiler, compressors, submersible water pumps, deep tube wells, forklifts, substations and roof top Solar system.

• 4)     Diagnose and coordinate timely repairs of equipment failure and operations problems to minimize non- productive time (NPT).

• 5)     Ensure all maintenance activities and machinery operation comply with safety standards, environmental regulations and quality control procedures and capable communicate with Govt. Office ( e.g.: EPZ local Office, Electric & Gas office)

• 6)     Prepare and submit reports on maintenance performance metrics, equipment efficiency and cost to upper management.

• 7)     Identify areas for improvement and implement new solutions or technologies to enhance machinery efficiency and implement sustainable practices (e.g. - water/ energy conservation).

• 8)     Sound knowledge to handle RSC Electrical & Fire safety inspection system( Fire detection & protection )

• 9) Sound knowledge on HVAC (Chiller, AHU, FCU, Chilled & Condensate water pumps, Cooling tower) Operation & Maintenance.
