- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Industrial Engineering (IE)
- Strong ability to analyze garment constructions.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Calculate thread consumption based on garment construction.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in thread consumption calculations.
- Determine minimum thread cone requirements for production lines.
- Minimize thread wastage according to company guidelines.
- Reduce factory thread wastage through efficient management.
- Reconcile thread usage after order completion.
- Experience in Thread Analysis.
- Experience in woven Tops and Bottoms and Denim products.
