Responsibilities & Context:
Provide age estimation and fitness certificate to the workers during recruitment.
Should have a strong clinical knowledge to create health care services of the factory workers and staff.
Work in Compliance with all factory's health and safety policies.
To determine for particular workers working under health hazard exposure to regular medical examination.
To arrange and provide training and creating awareness among the staff and workers on occupational health & safety, First Aid and awareness on HIV.
Maintenance of logistics and replenishment of medicines, medical supplies, equipment’s etc.
To maintain close liaison with nearest hospitals/ clinics to ensure faster treatment and medical services for those who need care other than the first aid.
To maintain accident register, medicine issue, others registers.
To ensure the medical center clean and well organized and well prepared for any kinds of audit.
Prepare monthly reports and submit to Medical Officer.
To actively participate in all CSR activities related to health.
