Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• BSc in Textile Engineering (Wet Process) from any reputed university.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Age At least 27 years

• Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Ensure daily shift-wise dyeing production with quality.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & implement through Orgatex.

• Root cause analysis of problem during production and find out technique to overcome the same problem in future.

• Follow up finished goods up to delivery.

• Check the parameter of dyeing, programming, cycle time etc.

• Monitor right operation of machine followed by the operators.

• Participate in utilization of resources and minimization of chemical cost and production cost.

• Communicate with Grey Store, Chemical Store, Finishing, Quality Assurance, Laboratory and other concerned department for smooth operation.
