Experience:
BSc in Textile Engineering (Wet Process) from any reputed university.
Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
Ensure daily shift-wise dyeing production with quality.
Follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & implement through Orgatex.
Root cause analysis of problem during production and find out technique to overcome the same problem in future.
Follow up finished goods up to delivery.
Check the parameter of dyeing, programming, cycle time etc.
Monitor right operation of machine followed by the operators.
Participate in utilization of resources and minimization of chemical cost and production cost.
Communicate with Grey Store, Chemical Store, Finishing, Quality Assurance, Laboratory and other concerned department for smooth operation.
