Experience:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering (BUTEX Preferable).
Apparel Manufacturing/ MBA in Marketing from any recognized university.
Strong communication in English.
Knowledge of costing will be given advantage.
Good Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
Must have order handling experience in ERP software.
Self-motivated, confident and proactive.

Job Context:
As AGM – Production Merchandising, you will lead the end-to-end execution of the merchandising and production cycle, ensuring seamless coordination among buyers, product development, sourcing, planning, and production units. Your role is to convert confirmed orders into timely, cost-efficient, high-quality deliveries by driving execution excellence, operational alignment, and supply chain efficiency. You will focus on production coordination, order management, cost negotiation, T&A control, problem-solving, and continuous process optimization to achieve capacity utilization, OTIF performance, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire order execution cycle from order confirmation to shipment.
Ensure accurate costing, consumption, order booking, and approval processes.
Lead T&A (Time & Action) planning and ensure that all milestones are met.
Identify potential delays early and take corrective actions to keep orders on track.
Work closely with Production, Planning (PPC), Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and QA teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure optimal utilization of factory capacity based on order load and SMV.
Coordinate with planning for line allocation, production targets, and daily output monitoring.
Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials.
Gather buyer feedback on quality and delivery, and coordinate internally for corrective actions.
Ensure all samples (proto, fit, PP, TOP) are prepared accurately and on time.
Lead the merchandising production team and assign responsibilities clearly.
Align closely with QA, technical, IE, production, procurement, and commercial teams.
Communicate daily updates to management on order status, production risks, and shipment plans.
