Quality Control & Assurance:

• Ensure all quality control and quality assurance procedures are strictly followed in textile operations.

• Approve in-process shades and all types of sample fabric shades in line with buyer approvals.

• Monitor quality process efficiency and follow up on performance.

• Take corrective measures through root cause analysis for any quality-related findings.

• Review fabric inspection certificates and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments for deviations from SOP.

  Data & Documentation:

• Maintain and update the textile quality database to ensure accurate records and traceability.

  Resource & Compliance Management:

• Maintain budgeted manpower to optimize the usage of human resources.

• Ensure floor housekeeping and adherence to compliance standards.

  Leadership & Team Development:

• Develop succession plans and identify potential subordinates to transfer experience and knowledge for future leadership roles.
