Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 28 years
  • Only Male
  • 3-7 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Tax Management. Proven experience managing compensation & benefits for multiple business units.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with payroll software must.

  • Strong working knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and statutory compliance.

  • Strong Numerical & Analytical Ability.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Deep Knowledge and Understanding on Factory Payroll System.

  • Processes company`s payroll every pay period.

  • Prepare monthly payroll sheets, salary registers, MIS reports, and management reports.

  • Responsible to Keep the Payroll System Always Up to Date.

  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.

  • Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.

  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.

  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.

  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.

  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records.

  • Honors confidentiality of employees` pay records. Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.

  • Prepare Various Daily, Weekly or Monthly Reports (Headcount, Manpower Movement, Working Hour, Line Transfer, Incentive, Tiffin Order Sheet, Night shift Report, etc.

  • Performs the distribution of salaries through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employees` bank accounts.

  • Coordinate with Finance & Accounts Department from time to time for tax disbursement, tax challan collection, final settlement of outgoing employees etc.

  • Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management.
