Responsibilities & Context:

• Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing for order planning and effective production and shipment planning.

• Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning utilizing available man and machine, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.

• Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.

• Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.

• Coordination through meeting with respective department heads for better performance & achievement.

• Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.

• Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.

• Supervise and drive the store, IE and planning staff to ensure on time arrival of raw materials and maintain production schedules.

• Make emergency plan to recover or handle the emergency or crisis period.

• Prepare master plan, capacity or order booking plan & loading plan and daily & monthly production status report, production VS actual comparison report and monthly shipment schedule & status report.
