Additional Requirements:
1.Strong knowledge of steel structure and rooftop design
2.Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic structural analysis tools and Good communication and contractor management skills
3.Familiar with safety standards and construction codes
4.Work under pressure / Stress management
5.Computer Knowledge in Office Management, will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
1.Supervise solar rooftop repair, maintenance, and structural works
2.Conduct structural assessment of rooftops and supporting structures
3.Ensure safety and stability of mounting structures for solar panels
4.Coordinate with contractors for civil and steel structure works
5.Monitor quality control and compliance with design specifications
6.Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation
7.Support new solar installation projects from structural perspective
8.Support ongoing and upcoming solar installations from a civil/structural perspective.
