1.Strong knowledge of steel structure and rooftop design

2.Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic structural analysis tools and Good communication and contractor management skills

3.Familiar with safety standards and construction codes

4.Work under pressure / Stress management

5.Computer Knowledge in Office Management, will be given preference.

1.Assist in supervision of solar rooftop installation, repair, and maintenance works

2.Prepare and update drawings (layout, section, detail) for rooftop solar structures

3.Conduct site measurements and support structural assessment activities

4.Assist senior engineers in monitoring construction and installation progress

5.Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and fitting of mounting structures

6.Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and project team

7.Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and documentation

8.Support quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards

9.Support ongoing and upcoming solar installations from a civil/structural perspective.
