Responsibilities & Context:

We are a 100% export-oriented, reputed denim top & bottom manufacturer, seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-driven professional for the position of Senior Manager / AGM – Quality.

1. Proven experience in wash development, production handling, and sample management for multiple global brands.

2. Strong expertise in managing both sampling and bulk production processes with consistent quality standards.

3. Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously and ensure alignment with each brand’s design DNA and customer expectations.

4. Experience in coordinating with international design and wash teams to develop and approve washes as per brand requirements.

5. In-depth knowledge of R&D, wash recipes, garment dyeing, coatings, and eco-friendly washing techniques.

6. Hands-on experience in developing seasonal wash samples across various fabric types with proper process control.

7. Strong understanding of costing, optimization, and production efficiency in washing processes.

8. Experience in implementing and managing sustainable and eco-friendly wash programs.

9. Proven ability to reduce washing costs while maintaining product quality and appearance.

10. Skilled in troubleshooting bulk production issues and providing technical support to vendors and factories.

11. Strong communication skills to coordinate with global teams and provide virtual/on-site guidance when required.

12. Willingness to travel for factory visits and production support if needed.
