- 20+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background in electrical systems design, implementation, and testing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with strategic planning and innovation in a technical context.
- Experience with electrical systems in industries such as power generation, transmission, renewable energy, or industrial automation.
- Fluent and good communication skill in English
Responsibilities & Context:
1.Design and supervise solar mounting structures and mechanical systems
2.Ensure proper installation of module mounting structures
3.Evaluate mechanical load, wind resistance, and durability
4.Coordinate fabrication and installation of structures
5.Inspect and maintain mechanical components of solar systems
6.Support civil and electrical teams during installation
7.Prepare technical drawings and maintenance reports
8.Support ongoing and upcoming solar installations from a civil/structural perspective.
